The idea to start-up Quality Systems Integrated Corporation was birthed out of his desire to help Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) better guarantee excellence, responsiveness and flexibility in operational systems by making available quality contract manufacturing partners. This has not only helped in achieving the set goal, but equally paved way for greater productivity and convenient service delivery.

With clearly defined objectives and strategies specifically structured for development, Kiem’s passion combined with the drive and hard work of his staff have immensely contributed to placing Quality Systems Integrated Corporation at its present position as a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.

Kiem is also co-Founder at Stracon Incorporated. Prior to starting his own company, he worked at Linkabit Corporation from 1981 to 1993. He began as an Electrical Design Engineer and soon worked his way up to Associate Director of Engineering.

He is an entrepreneur and a true visionary with over thirty years of engineering, manufacturing and leadership experience.

Kiem holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors (B. Sc Hons) in Electrical Engineering as well as a Masters of Science (M. Sc) in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, California.

Kiem equally holds patents in GPS technology.

Her passion for finance and business operations has kept her at the forefront of innumerable tasks and projects since the company’s inception in 1994.

Cecile equally has a keen expertise in Operational Excellence, Systems Development, and Business Processes. Due to her many contributions, especially in areas of qualitative leadership and experience, Quality Systems not only records huge successes but has gone on to become a unique, leading electronics manufacturing service provider with sustainable strategies positioned to ensure continued future growth and development.

Prior to working for Quality Systems Integrated Corporation, Cecile worked as a Computer Scientist for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support (MCTSSA) from 1990 to 1997 in Camp Pendleton. Before her employment lasting for seven years at MCTSSA, she functioned in the capacity of a Software Engineer at GTE Government Systems, Mountain View, California from 1986 to 1990.

Cecile holds a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Computer Science from San Diego State University, California. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeffrey joined the company’s workforce first as an intern in 2006 and with sustained efforts, he made impressive contributions to the many successes recorded by the company. He soon worked his way up to becoming the company’s Global Financial Analyst where he was tasked with the responsibility of carrying out numerous research projects and arriving at viable and helpful business recommendations.

As required of a financial analyst, Jeffrey remains in the vanguard of staying abreast the happenings and new developments in the Business and Finance Industry, a quality that affords him the opportunity to make certain predictions especially as it concerns possible economic situations and how it may (or may not) affect the company. This has particularly helped in avoiding a number of financial mishaps.

Jeffrey’s equally garnered experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting during the period of his employment at Marcus & Millichap, Real Estate Development Company, FH LLC, and the Phi Delta Theta (Michigan Alpha Chapter) where he served as Treasurer from 2008-2009.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he double-majored in Economics and Political Science and minored in Modern European Studies.
While studying at the University of Michigan, Mr. Jeffrey Le was awarded the Robert P. Ufer award and Phi of the Year Honors in 2010.
